Tandoori Chicken Breasts with Mango-Mint Chutney

Since the mint in our garden is spreading everywhere,
We always want to try any recipe with mint.














The chicken breasts marinate include yogurt, lemon, garlic, ginger, masala, salt, and paprika.
Before tasting them, I never believed that the marinate will really penetrate such thick piece of chicken breasts.
They are the most tasty chicken breasts and the mango-mint topping goes perfectly with the chicken. YUM!

Shrimp Po'Boys with Cajun Remoulade

Got this recipe from Weber's grilling book.
It is amazing!!!














The shrimps are simply coated with EVOO and Cajun seasoning, and then grilled with high heat.
Even just the shrimps itself taste really nice, we are trying to think where else we can use these shrimps.
